These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by Cocopo Coconut Products ("Cocopo", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but product details, photos and availability may change without notice. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Packaging photos and measurements come from our suppliers and are for guidance; actual items may differ slightly.

• A packaging request sent through our customizer is a request for a quote. It is not an order, and it does not commit you or us to anything.
• We reply with a quote by email. Prices, lead times and minimum order quantities are those stated in the quote, which may differ from anything shown on the website.
• Every order must meet our minimum order volume, which the customizer shows.
• An order is confirmed only when we both agree to it in writing, and on the payment, delivery and other terms stated in the quote.
• If you choose to have your own brand on our products, you confirm that you have the right to use the names, logos and artwork you give us, and that they comply with the law, including the labelling rules of the Food and Drug Administration.

• Give us true, current details, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• An account is for your own business with us. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

You agree not to:

• send false requests, spam, or anything unlawful or harmful through our forms;
• try to get into accounts or parts of the website that are not yours;
• copy our catalog or content in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools; or
• interfere with the website or the servers it runs on.

The Cocopo name and logo, and the text, photos and design of this website, belong to Cocopo or to those who license them to us, and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. You may view and share pages for your own use, but you may not reuse our content or marks without our written permission.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top says when they last changed. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute about them is for the courts of the Philippines.
